摘　　要：经济波动改变着跨国公司的经营环境,随着世界经济波动,跨国公司传统技术优势逐渐发生变化或迁移。文章旨在表明经济波动及其新特征会导致跨国公司技术垄断优势和技术竞争优势的变化,并从不同角度分析经济波动对跨国公司技术优势影响的因素、机制和结果。Economic fluctuations changes the operating environment of the Multi-National Corporations（MNC）;with the world economic fluctuations,MNC have gradually changed the traditional technological superiority or migration. This paper aims to indicate that the economic fluctuations and its new characteristics will lead to changes in the technological monopoly and technological competitive advantage of MTC,and to analyze the factors,mechanisms and results of economic fluctuations to technological superiority of MNC from different perspectives.
