吉尔吉斯斯坦与美国关系转冷的影响因素分析

摘　　要：2015年8月20日,吉尔吉斯斯坦单方面废除和美国的合作协议,吉美关系发生重大转折。导致近期吉美关系转冷的主要原因包括:吉美合作协议有名无实,且对吉内政外交造成了不良的影响;关闭玛纳斯国际转运中心;吉尔吉斯斯坦正式加入欧亚经济联盟;吉尔吉斯斯坦支持和参与中国提出的"丝绸之路经济带"战略。未来,美国仍会通过其他方式和手段来影响吉尔吉斯斯坦的内政外交。On August 20th, 2015, Kyrgyzstan unilaterally abolished a cooperation agreement with the United States, so Kyrgyzstan-US relations took great transition. The main reasons are as followed： the abolished agreement was nominal, which had an unfavorable effect on Kyrgyzstan domestic and foreign affairs; closing the Manas International Transit Center; Kyrgyzstan＇ officially joint in the Eurasian Economic Union; Kyrgyzstan＇ support and participation in the Silk Road Economic Belt strategy. In the future, the United States will have some influence on the domestic and foreign affairs of Kyrgyzstan by other ways and means.
