摘  要:针对发动机电控系统自动检测问题,设计了一种基于CAN总线的自动测试设备;整体设计基于嵌入式设计思想,逻辑划分采用适配器与上位机测试软件的设计形式,实现了检测硬件资源复用;利用CAN总线进行数据传送,提高了测量与控制的精确度,减少了传送误差;综合运用了小波变换与模式识别技术进行故障诊断,具有快速故障定位能力和拓扑适应能力;应用表明:该系统能够较好地适用于现代大型装备发动机电控系统的维修保障,使用方便,故障诊断快速有效,解决了发动机电控系统故障快速检测的问题。Aimed at the problems of the detection for engine electronics,an automatic test system based on CAN bus was designed. The overall design was based on the embedded thought and its system was divided into the adapter and the upper machine,through which the hardware resource was reused. Using CAN bus to transmit information improved the precision of the measurement and control. The wavelet transform and the pattern recognition technology were used for the fault analysis in the system,by which the people could locate the fault and adaptive ability quickly. The application shows that the system would be better applicable to engine electronics of maintenance support,and can be used easily and the fault could be done quickly and efficiently.
