摘　　要：针对当前市面上主流的ATM机用户满意度调查不理想的问题,运用人因工程的理论和方法,从可操作性、安全性和舒适性的角度进行改善分析,并给出系统的改善设计方案,从而优化用户体验,提高用户满意度,保障用户的操作安全。In view of the less satisfactory of current market mainstream ATM machine user satisfaction survey,from the perspective of operability,safety and comfort,use human factors engineering theory and methods to improve analysis,gives a systematic improvement design scheme,so as to optimize the user experience,improve the user satisfaction,and protect the user＇s operation safety.
