摘　　要：为全面掌握黑龙江省风电可并网容量及并网点,解决风电消纳能力制约风电快速发展的问题,以2014年作为水平年,根据黑龙江电网现有的电网运行方式、电源结构以及电网负荷特性等条件,采用PSASP对电网的潮流和电压等情况进行分析,从而确定黑龙江省的风电消纳能力,并对风电并网点提出了合理建议。In order to master the available grid- connected capacity and site of Heilongjiang wind power,so as to eliminate the factor suppressing the rapid development of wind power,wind power accommodated capability,this paper,taking 2014 as the level year,according to the situation of network running mode,power resource structure,and grid load characteristics,analyzed the load flow and voltage by PSASP to determine wind power accommodated capability in Heilongjiang,and proposed reasonable advice for wind power grid- connected sites.
