摘　　要：人文社会科学研究成果在形式、内容、结论、成效等方面都与自然科学存在差异,观念层次认知性障碍、转化政策同一性困境以及评价方法定量化取向影响了人文社会科学研究成果转化效率与效益,因此需要转变成果转化认知、丰富成果转化形式、实施差异化转化政策、加强成果转化评价研究。Due to the differences from natural science in form, content, conclusion and effect, the application of the achievements in humanities and social science are hindered by the cognitive barriers, the improper policies, and the quantity-oriented evaluation method. Therefore, we need to change cognition, diversify the forms of application, implement different policies and enhance evaluation methods.
