培田古民居景观的保护与开发——以新农村建设为契机

摘　　要：培田古民居历史悠久,较好地保存了明清时代的建筑风格,古民居景观具有极高的古建筑文化价值、客家文化研究价值和旅游开发价值。新农村建设实施以来,培田村在古民居保护和旅游开发方面取得了一定的成绩,但仍存在诸多问题。未来要以新农村建设为契机,发挥政府的主导作用,以村民为主体,引进资金和优秀管理人员,发展旅游产业,合理有序、切实有效地保护和开发古民居景观,在开发中带动经济发展,在开发中保护其传统风貌,让它们在新的历史时期焕发出新的生命。Peitian ancient dwellings enjoy a high value on ancient architectural culture,Hakka culture and tourism development for the long history and well preserved architectural style of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Since the implementation of the new rural construction, the ancient dwellings protection and tourism development has made some achievements, but there are still many problems. The paper proposed to take new rural construction as an opportunity, give full play to the leading role of government, and the main body of villagers, introduce capital and management personnel, develop tourism industry, promote economic development in protection, and preserve the traditional style in development.
