层次分析法在中小学校车事故预防中的应用

摘　　要：由于我国经济发展不平衡,各地对于校车的安全投入也相差较大,为了减少这种差距造成的校车事故的发生,提出事故预防措施的优先性排序方案.采用了层次分析法和历史统计数据分析相结合的思想,避免了单因素评价造成的主观性和片面性,从而对校车事故预防措施的优先性排序做出深入的探讨.结果表明,在安全设施投入有限的情况下,优先采取管理培训措施是最佳的选择.Due to the fact that the development of China＇s economy is uneven,the safety investment of school bus is also quite different in each region. In order to reduce school bus crashes,we propose the prioritizing program of crash prevention measures. We combine AHP and historical statistical data analysis to eliminate the single factor affecting the results,and make an in-depth discussion about the prioritizing program. The results show that the management training is the best choice under limited budget to improve school bus safety.
