摘　　要：为弥补部分内河船舶因成本及未法定强制等原因未安装AIS,而使得该类船舶识别不够的问题,文章提出一种基于ARM嵌入式处理器、GSM通信网络、GPS全球定位系统以及常用传感器的网络型低成本内河船舶监控系统,并进行了系统硬件与软件设计,实现了内河船舶的动态监控。In combination with an analysis of the problems arising from ships＇ identification because of no AIS installments caused by such factors as cost and a lack of legal enforcement, this article proposes designing a low-cost net-intelligent ships＇ monitoring system and the related hardware and software based on ARM, GSM, GPS and commonly used sensors so as to realize the mobile monitoring in this field.
