摘　　要：目的通过对武汉市2005—2014年5种常见性病报告病例数进行流行趋势分析，探讨武汉市性病报病流行趋势，为性传播疾病的预防控制提供参考，为防治策略的制定提供依据。方法对武汉市2005—2014年13个区具有性病报病资质的医疗机构上报的性病疫情管理资料进行统计分析，分析的疾病包括梅毒、淋病、尖锐湿疣（简称CA）、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染（简称NGU）、生殖器疱疹（简称GH）。结果2005—2014年武汉市共报告5种性病54008例，年平均报告发病率为59．47／10万；淋病在性病报病所占比例从22．95％下降至14．48％；梅毒所占比例从21．01％上升至55．03％；CA发病率在2006年达到最高水平，为20．49／10万。不同年份性病报病数进行趋势卡方检验，Z=-38．409（P〈0．001），说明不同年份之间性病发病率差异具有统计学意义。结论武汉市近10年性病流行趋势变化较大，梅毒疫情上升较为迅速，淋病报袁数有所下降，性病防治工作随着政府部门的逐步重视及加大力度，性病疫情发展得到了较好的控制。Objective To analysis the reported cases of five common sexually transmitted diseases from 2005 to 2014 in Wuhan. And explore the epidemic trend of sexually transmitted diseases in Wuhan. Provide reference for the disease prevention and control. Methods Collected the reported cases of the sexually transmitted diseases from 2005 to 2014, the data were reported by the medical institutions in 13 districts and analyzed the data. The five sexually transmitted diseases included syphilis, gonorrhea, condyloma, non-gonococcal urethritis, and genital herpes. Results 54008 cases were reported from 2005 to 2014 in Wuhan city. The annual average incidence rate was 59,47/100 thousand. The percentage of gonorrhea decreased from 22.95% to 14.48%. The proportion of syphilis increased from 21.01% to 55.03% year by year. The highest incidence rate of CA is 20.49/100 thousand in 2006. Using the trend Chi-square test for the different number of reported sexed disease, Z=-38.409（P〈0.001）. The incidence of sexually transmitted diseases has significant differences between the different years. Conclusion The STD trends of Wuhan varied in recent years, syphilis was raising rapidly, gonorrhea report decline in recent years. The prevention and control STD works with government departments＇ attention and efforts. The epidemic trend of sexually transmitted diseases was better controlled.
