摘　　要：校园创业是培养在校大学生创业能力的有效途径,是促进形成大众创业、万众创新型社会的重要保证。以闹闹音乐栈为研究对象,通过动态考察该案例企业成长经历,研究发现:社会网络是大学生创业者成功创业的重要法宝,先后将经历从小范围、密网和以强联系为主,到大范围、疏网和弱联系增多,再到大范围、密网和强弱联系并存的三阶段演化过程。并且,社会网络中信任关系是促进新企业成长的内在动力,计算型信任、关系型信任、知识型信任和认同型信任在新企业成长不同阶段具有不同的组合形态。最后,结合校园新企业一般具有的服务范围窄、创业者社会交往能力欠缺和创业者缺乏社会经验等特点,对研究结果进行了深入讨论。Campus entrepreneurship is an effective way to cultivate creative abilities of students and an important guarantee to form a society in which entrepreneurship is universal.Choosing Naonao Music Inn as the object of this research,after dynamically studying the development of this venture,this paper finds that social network is an important instrument for nascent ventrepreneurs to succeed in entrepreneurship.The evolution of social network has three stages,including the small and dense network in which a great quantity of strong ties are embedded,the large and sparse network in which weak ties are increasing,and the large and dense network in which strong ties and weak ties are both embedded.This paper also finds that trust in social networks is an inherent power for the growth of nascent ventures.Calculus-based trust,relation-based trust,knowledge-based trust and identification-based trust have different configurations at different stages of the growth.Finally,combining the general characteristics of nascent ventures that include the narrow service area,the insufficient communication ability of undergraduates and the insufficient social experience of undergraduates,the research results are further discussed.
