摘 要:针对脱开模式下深水钻井隔水管串的安全问题,采用微元法建立了考虑海洋环境影响的实际隔水管串纵向振动力学模型,给出了相应的初始条件、边界条件,编制了相应的计算程序,并用ABAQUS软件进行了验证,以南海某实际钻井隔水管串的设计为例,研究了脱开模式下隔水管串的纵向振动力学行为。结果表明:隔水管串在与井口脱开之后,其振动频率落入海洋环境荷载频率之内,且隔水管串上端截面支反力的动态放大倍数为2.04,隔水管单根的应力最大放大倍数为1.52;脱开模式下,隔水管串的中上段受力呈明显的动态放大趋势,管串最下端受力水平则显著降低。研究结果可为深水钻井管串的设计提供理论支持。In order to solve the safety problems of deep- water drilling riser string under the condition of disconnection mode,micro element method is used to establish the longitudinal vibration dynamic model of the actual riser string considering the marine environment. The corresponding initial conditions,boundary conditions are proposed. Using the difference scheme,the calculation program is developed,and the results of calculation program are verified by ABAQUS. Taking the actual drilling riser string design in the south China sea for example,the dynamic behavior of riser string are studied under the condition of disconnection mode. The research indicates that riser string vibration frequency falls into the range of ocean environment load's,the dynamic magnification factor of counteracting force of riser string upper section is2. 04,and the dynamic magnification factor of riser joint stress is 1. 52 after riser string disconnect from the mouth of well. The stress of riser string shows a trend of obvious dynamic amplification under the condition of disconnection mode. The results of study can provide effective tools and theoretical support for design of deep- water drilling pipe string.
