摘　　要：针对发电企业上网和下网电能计量方式存在用网电量不能准确计量的问题,提出改进计量点设置,并对计量装置进行改造的解决方法,通过应用实例证明,该方法可以解决发电厂在复杂运行方式下不能准确计量上、下网电量的难题,具有可行性。In view of the problem about the power energy about injected into the grid and absorbed from the grid that the electric power can not be accurately measured in the power plant, the improved setting of measurement points are put forward, and the solution method of the measurement device is transformed. Through the application example, it is proved that this method can solve the problem of accurate measurement of the power plant in the complex operation mode, and it is feasible.
