摘  要:光束线安全防护控制系统是确保储存环正常运行以及线站安全实验不可或缺的部分。论文介绍了合肥光源重大升级改造项目中光束线安全防护控制的方法。在基于EPICS(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System)软件平台下,以标准化、模块化、高性能的可编程控制器PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)为核心进行光束线联锁控制系统的设计。重大升级改造完成后,各线站的联锁控制在得以统一化和标准化的同时,系统的安全可靠性、稳定性以及抗干扰性等也都得到有效提高。National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory( NSRL) is one of the key issues of China’s investments on large- scale scientific research facilities. Now,it is mainly composed of an 800 Me V Linac functioning as the injector,a transport line,an 800 Me V electron storage ring,beam lines and end stations. The storage ring,beam lines and end stations are all in 10- 8Pa ultrahigh vacuum. To prevent some station exposed to the atmosphere and affect others,the beam- line vacuum safety protection control system is an important part for the storage ring and beam- lines. It’s not only need to guarantee the normal operation of the storage ring but also ensure safety experiment in beam- line stations. Based on the EPICS( Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System) of software platform,the control system of the beam- line was designed by standardization and high performance of PLC( Programmable Logic Controller). The specific methodology of control system was described in major maintenance projects of Hefei Light Source( HLS). By implementing this system,the safety and reliability,stability,and anti- jamming of the system are enhanced. At present,five beam- lines safety protection control systems have been achieved and work well in the corresponding beam- line. The design methods presented here provides reference for the following six beam- lines of NSRL in the future.
