摘 要:为了获得一种简便、快速、准确的工作场所空气中砷化氢的采集测定方法,利用活性炭吸附,5%HCl 30℃超声提取30min进行解吸,原子荧光光谱法测定工作场所中的砷化氢。在优化实验条件下,采样效率为98%-100%,解吸效率为90%~99%,砷化氢含量在0.0~16.0μg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数达到r=0.999 9,检出限为0.04μg/L,按采集1.5L空气计算,最低检出浓度为0.000 7mg/m^3,回收率为96%~98%,精密度为1.2%~1.5%,重现性为1.6%~2.3%,样品15℃~20℃可保存15天。活性炭吸附法方便准确,灵敏度高,并有较高的回收率和采样效率,可作为职业卫生检测使用。In order to obtain a convenient,fast and accurate method for the determination of arsine in workplace air,it was adsorbed by active carbon,then desorbed by ultrasonic extraction under the environment of 5% HCL and 30℃ for 30 min,and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. It showed that under the optimized experimental conditions,the sampling efficiency was 98%- 100%,the desorption efficiency was 90- 99%. When the content of arsine ranged from 0. 0- 16. 0μg / L,there was good linearity,and the correlation coefficient r =0. 9999. The lowest detection limit was 0. 04μg / L,and the lowest examination density was 0. 0007 mg / m^3 with collecting 1. 5L air. The rate of recovery was 96%- 98%,the precision was 1. 2%- 1. 5%,the reproducibility was1. 6%- 2. 3%,and the samples can be preserved for at least 15 day at 15℃- 20℃. The method is convenient,accurate and sensitive with high rate of recovery and sampling efficiency,and it is suitable for occupational health determination.
