摘  要:为研究药型罩锥角、壁厚等对石油射孔弹聚能装药引爆形成的聚能射流影响,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,采用ALE方法对变壁厚石油射孔弹聚能射流的形成过程进行了模拟分析,得出型罩结构与射流头部速度的关系。研究结果表明,药型罩锥角越大,射流速度越小,形成的杵体长度相比于射流的长度也越小;同锥角药型罩壁厚越小,聚能射流的形态发育得越好,药型罩壁厚越大,射流速度越低。To study the influence of cone angle,liner thickness and other parameters on the shaped charge jet formation after petroleum perforation bullet shaped charge detonated,numerical simulation of the shaped charge jet formation of variable wall thickness of oil perforating bullet is made using ANSYS/LS-DYNA which is finite element analysis software and ALE method.And the relations between the velocity of jet head and the structural parameters of liner is found.The result shows that the jet velocity decreases with the increasing of cone angle of liner,and the length of the pestle reduces comparing to that of jet;the morphological development of the shaped charge jet grows better with the drooping of the thickness of same cone angle of liner,and the jet velocity decreases with the increasing of thickness of liner.
