摘　　要：考虑地震应急工作的特点、应急指挥系统的技术现状,以及政府部门应急决策的需求,结合2013年甘肃岷县漳县6.6级地震应急响应的全面总结,提出了提升甘肃地震应急指挥系统服务能力的几点措施和思考。Considering that the characteristics of earthquake emergency work, the technology status of earthquake emergency command system and the requirements of the government on emergency decisionmaking, in this paper, some measures and thoughts were proposed aiming at improving the service capabilities of Gansu earthquake emergency command system especially according to summarizing the emergency response to the Minxian ＆ Zhangxian M6.6 earthquake happened in Gansu Province on July 22, 2013.
