摘 要:在总结现有研究不足的基础上,介绍了Web 2.0推动开放式创新模式运行的核心技术,根据多层创新系统理论构建了企业开放式创新参与主体网络,据此探讨了Web 2.0背景下的开放式创新技术源,进而结合4种Web 2.0核心技术分别构建了开放式创新网络技术资源收集整合平台、技术方案评估平台、技术方案优化平台、创意方案体验测试平台和用户反馈交流平台,并以此作为开放式创新的5个关键环节构建了企业开放式创新三阶段运行模式,最后提出了保障该模式顺利运行的配套措施。After the core technologies of Web 2.0 that promoted the operation of open innovation were introduced, the article established a multi-level network of open innovation participants of enterprises applying the theory of multi-layer innovation system,and discussed the technology source of the open innovation under the background of Web2.0. Then, four platforms of open innovation network were constructed as the core links of the three stage operation mode of open innovation based on the four core technologies of Web 2.0, namely technology resource collection and integration platform, technical scheme evaluation platform, technical scheme optimization platform, creative project experience test platform and users' communication and feedback platform. Based on all above, supporting measures to ensure the model running smoothly were put forward.
