摘  要:在倡导以人为本的新时期,伦理思想已经成为高校教学管理活动的基本指导思想,并且受到了越来越多的重视。从伦理视角出发,在分析高校教学管理活动中伦理因素缺乏的表现的基础上,结合国内外伦理化管理方式对我国高校教学管理的启发,提出要坚持伦理化管理的思想、人为本的价值取向、增强管理制度的弹性、平衡学术权力和行政权力等促进我国高校教学伦理化管理的策略。Ethics, which has received more and more at-tention, has become the basic guiding ideology of teachingmanagement in colleges and universities, when advocatingpeople-oriented promotion in the new period. On the basisof the lack of theoretical support in teaching managementanalysis, the teaching management in colleges and univer-sities can be inspired when combing domestic and interna-tional ethics management approach from the ethical per-spective. It is suggested that we should insist on the ideaof ethical management, advocate people-oriented values,enhance the flexibility of the management system andmake balance between academic and administrative powerso as to promote the strategies of ethical teaching manage-ment in colleges and universities.
