某企业外派人员感染三种传染病情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析某企业近5年外派人员罹患三种传染病的情况,提出对策。方法收集近5年的数据,对发病情况进行分析。结果三种传染病5年平均总和发病率为1.79%,发病率最高的为疟疾,5年平均发病率为1.06%,发病率最低的为登革热,5年平均发病率为0.28%。三种传染病总发病率最高的年份为2011年,总发病率2.28%;最低的年份为2012年,总发病率为1.16%。疟疾、登革热的发病率远高于国内流行区的发病水平。伤寒、副伤寒的发病率,也远高于国内的发病水平。结论外派人员疟疾、登革热、伤寒和副伤寒的发病率很高,不同地区高发传染病的种类不同,需要针对性的重点关注。Objective This article analyzes the situation of overseas employees of a company who suffered three kinds of infectious diseases in the past five years and proposes countermeasures. Methods This article collects and analyzes the incidence data of past five years. Results The total incidence of the three infectious diseases is1. 79% in the past five years. The highest incidence is malaria; average incidence is 1. 06% in the past five years.The lowest incidence is dengue; five- year average incidence is 0. 28%. The highest overall incidence（ 2. 28%）of three kinds of infectious diseases appears in 2011. The lowest overall incidence（ 1. 16%） appears in 2012. The incidence of malaria and dengue fever is much higher than the incidence level of domestic endemic areas,and the incidence of typhoid,paratyphoid is also much higher than the domestic level. Conclusion The overseas employees have high incidence of malaria,dengue fever,typhoid and paratyphoid. The popular infectious diseases are different in different regions; and it need to be focused on accordingly.
