大黑山野生地榆的质量评定

摘  要:大黑山野生中药资源丰富,其中包括地榆,经检索中文期刊数据库,未发现有对其进行研究的报道,因此,为了开发和保护野生资源,课题组按照《中华人民共和国药典》2015版规定的项目和方法,对其进行了水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物的测定;并以市售地榆、没食子酸为对照品,采取薄层色谱法进行分析,高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果表明水分为8.5%;总灰分为5.8%;酸不溶性灰分为1.6%;浸出物为26.5%;在薄层色谱中,供试品、市售地榆与对照品在色谱的相同位置上显示有相同颜色的斑点;含量测定显示没食子酸为1.2%。证明大黑山野生地榆的质量符合《中华人民共和国药典》2015版地榆项下的相关规定。Wild Chinese medicine resources, including Sanguisorba, are rich in Dahei Mountain, and by searching the Data Bank of Chinese Journal, the research reports on it had not been found. In order to develop and protect wild resources of sanguisorba in Dahei Mountain, according to Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015, the content of water, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and extract were measured. With commercially available sanguisorba and gallic acid as reference substance, thin layer chromatography(TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) were employed to determine the content. The results showed that the water content was 8.5%; the total ash content was 5.8%; the acid insoluble ash content was 1.6%; the extract content was 26.5%. In the thin layer chromatography, test samples, the commercially available sanguisorba and the reference substance showed same color spots on the same positions of the spectrum. Content determination of gallic acid was 1.2%. The results show that the quality of wild sanguisorba from Dahei Mountain conform to the relevant provisions of Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015.
