摘　　要：利用路谱提取载荷谱,用于控制臂衬套的台架试验。通过采用测试软件数据处理的方法,对复杂的路谱进行编辑、雨流计数及损伤评估等方法以获得适合简单台架的试验条件,从而完成高性价比的控制臂衬套疲劳试验。This paper studies the extraction of load spectrum from path spectrum to control the arm bush. By using the test software, complicated road spectrum is edited, rain flow counted, and damage assessed to fit a simple platform and meets the test conditions. Thus a block cycle load from the road spectrum is built, and a high fatigue test of the control arm bush is completed.
