摘 要:目的:对机动侦检平台实验室防护性能进行评价。方法:采用物理气溶胶和生物气溶胶2种实验方法,分别在正、负压模式下,对送、排风高效空气过滤器上、下游进行采样,并进行比照,计算过滤效率,从而验证其防护能力的有效性。结果:在负压状态下(-40 Pa),排风过滤器下游未采集到物理和生物气溶胶;在正压状态下(+100 Pa),实验室洁净度达到6级,实验室内未采集到生物粒子。结论:机动侦检平台实验室可实现正压和负压2种状态。在负压状态下可对实验室内产生的气溶胶进行有效拦截,其正压的建立可保证外部空气不污染实验室内部环境,使实验室防护系统安全有效,可为新发突发传染病防控工作提供安全保证。Objective To evaluate the protection performance of the mobile detection platform. Methods Two methods of physical aerosol and bio aerosol were, involved in the research. Sampling was carried out at the upstream and downstream of the high efficiency particulate air filter under the modes of positiveand negative pressure. The filtration efficiency was calculated to determine the protection performance. ResultsUnder negative pressure mode (-40 Pa), there was no physical and bio aewsol collected at the downstream of the filter; under positive pressure mode (+100 Pa), the laboratory cleanliness reached the 6th level and there was no biological particles collected. Conchuslon The mobile detection platform can be set as positive mode and negative mode, which can prevent the aerosol generated in the laboratotT from leaking out under negative pressure mode while restrain the aerosol outside from penetrating into the laboratory under positive prcssure mode.
