摘 要:目的了解铁路机车乘务员驾驶适应性现况,探讨影响机车乘务员驾驶适应性的可能原因。方法采用整群抽样的方法选取兰州铁路局某机务段机车乘务员953人(均为男性)作为调查对象,通过职业健康检查测得他们的某些生理/心理作指标来反映其驾驶适应性。结果该局机车乘务员复杂反应误反应次数指标的异常率最高,为9.80%,动视力、夜视力、深视力、操纵机能误操作次数的异常率均小于2%;不同年龄、文化程度、工龄、是否有饮酒史的机车乘务员视听驾驶适应性可能有一定影响(P<0.05)。结论兰州铁路局机车乘务员的驾驶适应性整体状况较好;复杂反应误反应次数指标异常率值得关注。Objective To understand the driving adaptabilities of trainmen,and to detect the possible reason that affect the trainmans driving adaptability.Methods Cluster sampling was used to select 953 trainman in Lanzhou railway administration,Some physiological and psychological indexes were measured by occupational health examination to reflect the driving adaptability.Results The incidence rate of the false reaction times with complex reaction of trainman was higher scaled by the occupational standard(9.80%).The incidence rates of the dynamic vision,the night vision,the deep vision,the false times of manipulate function were under 2.0%.The driving adaptability were probably influenced by age,working years,education levels and drinking history(P 〈 0.05).Conclusions The driving adaptability index of the locomotive drivers in Lanzhou railway administration is in a good condition.The incidence rate of the false reaction times of complex reaction is remarkable.
