丹红注射液对AECOPD患者内皮功能和凝血纤溶系统的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹红注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbations chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者内皮功能和凝血纤溶系统的影响。方法选取100例AECOPD患者,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合丹红注射液治疗,连续治疗2周。比较两组患者治疗前后血清血栓调节蛋白(Thrnmbomodulin,TM)、血管假血友病因子(von willebrandfactor,v WF)、血浆D-二聚体(d-dimer,D-D)、凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)及纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FBG)。结果治疗后,观察组患者TM、v WF、D-D、PT、APTT、TT及TBG分别为(3.2±0.4)μg/L、(114.4±5.2)U/L、(0.3±0.1)mg/L、(12.3±0.7)s、(32.1±2.2)s、(17.3±1.1)s、(3.3±1.0)g/L,对照组分别为(2.6±0.4)μg/L、(128.9±6.3)U/L、(0.5±0.2)mg/L、(14.2±0.6)s、(28.9±3.3)s、(19.0±0.7)s、(4.7±0.8)g/L,观察组患者TM显著增高,v WF、D-D、PT、APTT、TT、及TBG显著降低,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗AECOPD患者,可显著改善血管内皮功能和血液高凝状态,预防血栓形成。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Danhong injection on endothelial function,coagulation and fibrinolysis system in patients with AECOPD. Methods 100 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 50） and the control group（ n = 50）. All patients were given conventional therapy,and Danhong injection was addtionally given to the observation group,for 2 weeks. Their thrnmbomodulin（ TM）,von willebrandfactor（ v WF）,d-dimer（ D-D）,prothrombin time（ PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（ APTT）,thrombin time（ TT） and fibrinogen（ FBG） were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment,the value of TM,v WF,D-D,PT,APTT,TT and TBG was（ 3. 2 ± 0. 4） μg / L,（ 114. 4 ± 5. 2） U / L,（ 0. 3 ± 0. 1）mg / L,（ 12. 3 ± 0. 7） s,（ 32. 1 ± 2. 2） s,（ 17. 3 ± 1. 1） s and（ 3. 3 ± 1. 0） g / L respectively in the observation group,and（ 2. 6 ± 0. 4） μg / L,（ 128. 9 ± 6. 3） U / L,（ 0. 5 ± 0. 2） mg / L,（ 14. 2 ± 0. 6） s,（ 28. 9 ± 3. 3） s,（ 19. 0 ± 0. 7） s and（ 4. 7 ± 0. 8） g/L respectively in the control group. The TM of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The value of v WF,D-D,PT,APTT,TT and TBG was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Danhong injection treatment can significantly improve endothelial function and blood high condensation state,and prevent thrombosis in the treatment of AECOPD patients.
