摘　　要：目的：探讨METRxⅡ系统结合经皮椎弓根钉技术治疗单间隙腰椎退行性疾病的护理经验,提高手术配合效率。方法：回顾性分析2014年1~10月我院收治20例METRxⅡ系统结合经皮椎弓根钉技术治疗单间隙腰椎退行性疾病的护理配合情况。结果：20例手术顺利完成,术后康复良好。结论：术中实施安全有效的体位管理、熟悉手术相关步骤、密切配合手术医师,并注意严格无菌操作,是保障患者安全、手术顺利完成的关键。Objective：To explore the nursing experience combining METRx Ⅱ system and percutaneous pedicle screw in curing lumbar degenerative disease and improve the efficiency of operation cooperation. Methods ： We retrospectively analyzed the nursing cooperation of 20 cases of combining METRx Ⅱ system and percutaneous pedicle screw fixation curing lumbar degenerative disease received in our hospital from Januar）to October 2014. Results：Operations in the 20 cases were completed successfully, and postoperative rehabilitation was good. Conclusion：We adopted safe and effective body position management, were familiar with the relevant steps in the operation, closely cooperated with the surgeon and strictly follow the sterile operation. These are critical to ensure the safety of patients and the success of the operation.
