摘　　要：目的:调查我院肿瘤科患者行静脉化疗时静脉途径的选择情况,并有针对性地指导患者合理选择静脉化疗途径。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷随机对100例肺癌患者进行三部分内容的调查:即患者对化疗途径选择情况、患者对化疗途径的知晓情况以及影响患者选择PICC留置的相关因素。结果:94%的肺癌患者选择周围静脉留置针,仅有4%的患者选择PICC置管,并且55%的患者完全不了解输液港。结论:我院肺癌患者对于静脉化疗途径的选择还较单一,对于多种化疗途径了解不足,对自身血管的使用缺乏预见性,护士需要从各个方面让患者全方位的了解静脉化疗途径,指导患者选择正确的化疗途径,确保化疗安全。Objective：To investigate the choice of venous route in patients with tumor in our hospital, and to select the appropriate route of intravenous chemotherapy. Results：Using a self- designed questionnaire randomized 100 patients with lung cancer were three parts of the investigation：that the chosen route of patients with chemotherapy,the patient to chemotherapy as well as ways of identifying factors affecting patient selection indwelling PICC, Results： 94% of patients with lung cancer were selected to have a peripheral venous indwelling needle, only 4% of the patients were selected for PICC, and 55 % of patients did not know the transfusion port. Conclusion ： In our hospital, the choice of the route of intravenous chemotherapy is still single, the lack of predicta- bility of the use of their own blood vessels, nurses need to let patients in all aspects of the full range of intravenous chemotherapy to guide patients to choose the right way of chemotherapy ,to ensure the safety of chemotherapy.
