风险评估及护理风险管理在儿童重症监护病房中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨风险评估及护理风险管理在儿童重症监护病房中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年6~12月在我院儿童重症监护病房住院的45例患儿作为对照组,2014年1~6月在我院儿童重症监护病房的45例患儿作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组对儿童重症监护病房的风险进行评估,并开展相应的护理风险管理对策,比较两组患儿护理质量及患儿家属的满意度情况。结果：实施护理风险管理后,观察组护理质量各个方面的考核评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）,患儿家属的满意程度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：通过对儿童重症监护病房实施护理风险管理,及时消除安全隐患,能够提高护理质量,减少医疗纠纷,提高患儿家属的满意程度。Objective：To investigate the application effect of risk assessment and nursing risk management in pediatric intensive care unit （PICU）. Meth- ods ： Hospitalized in our hospital PICU from June to Deeember in 2013 there have 45 eases as control group, from January to June in 2014 period in our hos- pital PICU of 45 eases as the observation group. The control group received routine nursing while the observation group evaluated the risk, and to carry out corresponding nursing risk management measures, compared two groups of children with nursing quality and the families of children with satisfaction. Re- suits： After the implementation of nursing risk management, observation group of nursing quality in all aspects of the assessment score was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the satisfaction degree of the families was higher than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Through the implementation of nursing risk management in PICU, timely eliminate safety hazards, ean improve the quality of care, reduec medical disputes, improve the satisfaetion of family members of ehildren.
