妇科腹腔镜手术患者在麻醉恢复期使用保温毯的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨在麻醉恢复期使用保温毯对改善妇科腹腔镜手术后的低体温和促进其苏醒的影响。方法：选择2012年7~8月我院60例妇科手术患者,随机等分为对照组及观察组。所有患者术后常规送至麻醉恢复室进行观察,对照组进行常规护理,监测血压、脉搏、血氧饱和度;观察组在常规护理基础上应用充气式保温毯对患者进行加温。记录患者术后苏醒时间和患者苏醒时的生命体征以及患者低体温和寒颤发生情况。结果：观察组患者的低体温和寒颤发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,生命体征正常率好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对妇科腹腔镜术后患者进行保温毯保温,可以预防患者苏醒期发生的低体温状态,有利于尽快康复。Objective ： To investigate the effect of heat preservation blanket on the low temperature and the promotion of its recovery after laparoscopic surger- y. Methods：Choose from July to August 2012 in our hospital 60 cases of gynecological surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and observa- tion group. All patients were routine to the PACU were observed in the control group routine care, monitoring of blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation;ob- servation group received usual care on the basis of the inflatable therraal blanket to warm patients. Record patient vital signs postoperative recovery time and patient and patient awake when the incidence of hypothermia and shivering. Results ： In the observation group patients of hypothermia and shivering incidence rate was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , vital signs normal rate than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The patients with gyneco- logical laparoscopic surgery for heat preservation, heat preservation, can prevent the occurrence of low temperature in patients with low temperature, is condu- cive to the rehabilitation as soon as possible.
