肾虚质大鼠生长发育和学习记忆能力与肾藏志理论相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过大鼠生长发育和学习记忆能力的改变,探讨其与肾藏象理论相关性及补肾药物的干预作用。方法:采用"猫吓鼠"造模法,建立先天不足、后天失养复合型肾虚质模型,以计分方式观察仔鼠体质量、毛发、尿量、精神状态各项指标的改变,通过Morris水迷宫测定肾虚质大鼠空间学习记忆能力变化。结果:1生长发育情况:与空白组相比,模型组体质量下降、毛发稀疏、尿量增多、精神状态异常明显,且各参数积分值均高于药物组(P<0.05);2学习记忆能力:与空白组比较,模型组潜伏期及总路程显著增长(P<0.05);经过治疗后,药物组潜伏期、总路程、第一次穿越时间均与模型组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肾虚质大鼠表现出体质量下降、毛发不荣、尿量增多及精神状态异常,学习记忆能力亦明显退化,补肾中药通过补肾、益精填髓、滋养肝肾而显著改善其学习记忆能力。Objective：Through the changes of rats＇ growth and development and learning and memory capacity,discuss correlation between these with theory of kidney storing aspiration as well as the function of drugs for kidney supplement.Methods：By the way of＇cat scare rat＇,built composite offspring rat models with deficiency and acquired dystrophy,observed their weight,hair,urine volume and spirit by the way of indexes,and detected their learning and memory capacity by Morris water maze test.Results：①Growth and development situation：Compared with the baseline of blank group,model group rats＇ weight declined,hair thinned,urine volume increased and spirit depressed（P〈0.05）;after treatment with kidney supplenmenting drugs,drug groups were better than model group（P〈0.05）.②Morris water maze test：Compared with blank group,the incubation period and total distance of model group were longer（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the incubation period,total distance and first time through target area of drug groups were better than model group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rats with kidney-deficiency constitution,their weight loss,hair thin,urine volume increase and spirit depress as well as learning and memory capacity declines.Drugs for kidney supplement can improve all of these by way of supplementing kidney and nourishing liver and kidney.
