摘　　要：目的:探讨名老中医治疗原发性肝癌的用药规律。方法:搜集首届国医大师及首批国家级名老中医的医案(10部著作),提取方药信息,应用频数分析、聚类分析和关联规则分析进行数据挖掘。结果:在筛选出的60例医案中,方剂共60首,药物共205味,共计880药次。205味药物按功效可分为17类,按频率排前3位的依次为补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药;药性前3位依次为寒、平、温;药味前3位依次为甘、苦、辛。聚类分析显示可归为5类药物:补益气血类、理气活血类、解毒软坚类、利水渗湿类、健脾消食类。关联规则分析显示:关联性强的主要为益气健脾药和理气药、活血药、清热解毒药、消食药的配伍组合。结论:名老中医治疗原发性肝癌谨守"正虚邪实"的病机本质,在扶正健脾基础上辨证运用清热解毒、疏肝理气、活血散结等治法。Objective：To analyze the medication rule of famous traditional Chinese physicians in the treatment of primary liver cancer（PLC）.Methods：The medical records of TCM master and first batch national famous doctors were collected to establish a database.The methods of frequency analysis,clustering analysis and association rules analysis were used to analyze the information of the prescriptions.Results：There were 205 tastes herbs in 60 prescriptions selected from 60 medical records,which were divided into 17 categories according to functions and effects.The total frequency was 880 times.According to functions and effects,the top three were deficiency-supplementing herb,heat-clearing herb and blood-quickening stasistransforming herb.According to herb nature,the top three were cold,neutral and warm.According to herb taste,the top three were sweet,bitter and acrid.Clustering analysis showed that high frequency herbs could be divided into 5 categories：replenishing qi and blood,regulating qi and activating blood circulation,detoxifying and softening hard masses,removing dampness,promoting digestion and appetite.Association rules analysis showed that the combination of qi-benefiting and spleen-strengthening herb,qi-regulating herb,promoting-circulation herb,heat-clearing herb and digestive herb got high support and high confidence.Conclusion：Among the medication rule of famous traditional Chinese physicians,supplementing qi and strengthening spleen were the most important rule in the treatment of PLC,in combination with heat-clearing and detoxifying,smoothing liver-regulating qi,promoting the blood circulation-resolving mass based on syndrome differentiation.
