摘　　要：中医病理状态是描述人体欲病态(前证)与已病态(潜证、显证)下的病理变化;证是概括人体已病状态下某一阶段机体整体反应的病理状态,其不包括未病状态和欲病状态。病理状态与证相互补充,构成人体整体的状态特征,也影响着病理状态的演变趋势。证素辨证是一个可以规范化、客观化且能量化的辨证方法,为研究证的客观化、标准化提供新的平台。目前,绝经后骨质疏松症中医病理状态辨识缺乏客观的标准,为探索绝经后骨质疏松症的规范化临床辨证,文章基于国内外的相关文献,以证素辨证为切入点,以绝经后骨质疏松症中医病理状态为研究对象,采用综合-分析-归纳的方法,探讨绝经后骨质疏松症中医病理状态的证素提取、挖掘并将之应用于临床,为部分揭示证素辨证的科学内涵提供理论基础。Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） pathological states describe the pathological changes in the coming disease state（before the syndrome） and disease state（revealable syndrome）.TCM syndrome,however,generalizes the pathological state of a whole body during a disease progress rather than the coming disease state.A mutual complementation of the pathological states and TCM syndrome makes up the state characteristics of the human body as a whole,and affects the evolution trend of pathological state.The differentiation of syndrome elements,a standardized,objective,and quantifiable syndrome differentiation method,provides a new platform for the research of TCM syndrome.At present,the identification of TCM pathological characteristic of postmenopausal osteoporosis is lack of objective standard.The paper aims to explore the normative syndrome differentiation of postmenopausal osteoporosis.So,based on the domestic and foreign literatures,the paper starts with the key point of the differentiation of syndrome elements,and takes TCM pathological of postmenopausal osteoporosis as the research object.In addition,based on a method of integration-analysis-induction,the paper explores the extraction,mining and application of pathological characteristic of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Finally,it provides a basic work for partly revealing the scientific connotation of the differentiation of syndrome elements.
