摘　　要：人体生命活动与自然界阴阳消长变化相通应,季节气候变化与机体生理功能病理变化密切相关。文章从季节气候变化、过敏性体质及脏腑对外界环境适应能力3个方面探讨了过敏性鼻炎季节易感性的发病机制。从天人相应的角度探讨过敏性鼻炎季节易感性的发病机制具有重要的临床意义,可为临床防治该病提供一定的理论依据。The waxing and waning of yin-yang connect with the life activities of human body. The change of season climate is closely related with pathophysiologic changes of human body. This paper discusses the pathogenesis of seasonal susceptibility of allergic rhinitis from 3 aspects as changes of seasonal climate, allergic constitution and adaptive ability of zangfu viscera. The signii cance of investigating the pathogenesis of seasonal susceptibility of allergic rhinitis from the view point of correspondence of human body and natural environment is important, which can provide a certain theoretical basis for the prevention and control of this disease in clinic.
