基于文献文本挖掘的海洋中药药性分布规律研究

摘　　要：目的:研究海洋中药药性分布规律,为海洋中药的临床应用提供参考。方法:利用文献挖掘方法,筛选海洋中药613味,通过文献检索收集药性相关信息,对数据进行了预处理,构建数据库,应用频数分析海洋中药药性分布规律。结果:寒凉药性占45.80%,平性中药占38.10%,温热性只占16.10%;咸味(包括微咸)占55.04%,甘味(包括微甘)中药占46.37%,主要为海洋动物中药(53.08%),苦味中药在海洋矿物中药和海洋植物中药中所占比例较大;其中归二经的占49.27%,归肝经的海洋中药最多,占43.45%,其次分别是归肺、肾、脾经中药;有明确升降浮沉文献记载的很少,多认为以沉以降为主;有明确毒性记载的只有66味中药,其中无毒的中药28味,有毒17味,小毒14味,大毒7味,以海洋动物中药为主。结论:从整体上来看,海洋中药性味多寒、咸、甘为主,归肝经,性沉降为主,临床治疗相关疾病时应该综合考虑海洋中药的药性和功效特点,并针对植物类、动物类以及矿物类中药加以区分。Objective：To study the nature distribution of marine Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for the application of marine Chinese medicine in clinic.Methods：Six hundred and thirteen marine Chinese medicines were screened by using literature mining method,and the relevant information of drug properties was collected,preprocessed and analyzed through literature retrieving,database establishing and frequency analyzing.Results：the drugs cold and cool in nature accounted for45.80%,drugs mild in nature accounted for 38.10%,and drug warm and hot in nature only accounted for 16.10%.Salty drugs and sweet drugs accounted for 55.04%and 46.37%respectively,which mainly was the Chinese medicine of marine animal（53.08%）,while most of the bitter drugs came from marine plants and mineral.Drugs belonged to two channels were account for 49.27%,and most of them belonged to liver channel which accounted for 43.45%,followed by lung,kidney and spleen channels.Drugs with clear records of ascending and descending were rare,and most of them were considered as descending in nature.The toxicity of 66 Chinese medicines was recorded clearly,and among them,there were 28 Chinese medicines with nontoxic,17 Chinese medicines with toxic,14 Chinese medicines with slight toxicity,and 9 Chinese medicines with strong toxicity,which given priority to marine animal medicine.Conclusion：On the whole,the flavour of marine Chinese medicine was cold,salty and sweet,channel tropism of marine Chinese medicine is liver meridian,and the nature of marine Chinese medicine was descending.It should consider the properties and functional characteristic of marine Chinese medicine,and distinguish among plant medicine,animal medicine and mineral medicine when applying in clinic.
