国医大师禤国维教授运用岭南特色草药治疗皮肤病经验

摘　　要：禤国维教授是全国知名的中医皮肤科专家,在治疗皮肤病方面具有丰富的临床经验。其中在使用岭南草药治疗皮肤病方面具有其独特的经验,包括疏肝理气选佛手、素馨花;祛湿清热选木棉花、火炭母、救必应;祛湿消滞选布渣叶、独脚金;化湿解毒选白花蛇舌草、积雪草;解毒活血选肿节风、石上柏;解表清热选青天葵;外用入地金牛、飞扬草,在辨证论治的基础上配合岭南特色草药具有良好的疗效。Professor XUAN Guo-wei,a famous TCM dermatologist in China,has rich experience in treating skin disease.It is notable that professor XUAN specializes in using herbs from south of the Five Ridges to treat skin disease,including using Fructus citri sarcodactylis and Jasminum polyanthum Franch to disperse and rectify the depressed liver-energy,using Commen Bomhax Flower,Polygunum chinense L.and Ovateleaf Holly Bark to clear heat and expel damp,using microcos paniculata and striga asiatica to eliminate dampness and relieve stagnation,using Hedyotis Diffusa Willd and Centella asiatica to resolve dampness and detoxicate,using Sarcandra glabra Nakai and Selaginella doederleinii Hieron to detoxicate and promote blood circulation,using Nervilia fordii to relieve exterior syndrome and clear heat,and externally using Zanthoxylum nitidum（Roxb.） DC.and Euphorbia Hirta L.Professor XUAN Guo-wei had achieved good therapeutic effect by using herbs from south of the Five Ridges based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment.
