摘　　要：文章介绍了李发枝教授运用归脾汤治疗抑郁症经验。首先分析抑郁症的病因病机,认为抑郁症应从心脾气血两虚进行辨证治疗;其次分析归脾汤的组成、功用、适应症。并附3个医案予以验证;总结抑郁症凡证属心脾气血两虚者均可使用归脾汤加减治疗。This article introduced the experience of professor LI Fa-zhi in the treatment of depression with Guipi Decoction.Firstly,through analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of depression,we proposed that depression should be differentiated and treated from the respective of deficiency of both spleen qi and heart blood.Secondly,we analyzed the composition,functions and indications of Guipi Decoction,and illustrated 3 proven medical records.Finally,we concluded that depression with syndrome of deficiency of both spleen qi and heart blood could be treated with modified Guipi Decoction.
