摘　　要：根据多年的随师临床及自身实践经验,从病因病机、治则治法、组方用药等方面整理分析范永升教授运用"清热利湿方"治疗急性痛风的特色经验。范永升教授认为,"湿、热"是急性痛风病机中最重要的两点,治疗应该以清热利湿为主;在清热利湿基础上,适时地佐以温阳、活血、通络,则有助于更好地清热利湿。运用"清热利湿方"治疗急性痛风具有明显的疗效。Based on the training followed by professor FAN and practical experience,the experience and characteristic of professor FAN Yong-sheng in treating acute gout with Qingre Lishi Formula was arranged and analyzed from the following aspects as etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic principle and method,prescription designing and so on.Professor FAN Yong-sheng considered that the most important points of pathogenesis of acute gout were ＇damp＇ and ＇heat＇,so the treatment of this disease should be given priority to clearing heat and promoting diuresis,and assisted with warming yang,promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in collaterals opportunely based on the basic therapy.The curative effect of treating acute gout with Qingre Lishi Formula was obvious.
