从王旭高治肝三十法看“治肝法”在脾胃病中的运用

摘　　要：脾胃病为临床常见病、多发病,由于肝与脾胃在生理和病理上的密切联系,在脾胃病的治疗中需要注意从"肝"论治已为临床所共识,笔者在对"治肝"大家王旭高的"治肝三十法"进行学习的过程中,发现其"治肝"并非泛泛而论,杂乱无章,而是具有严密的体系,且绝大多数治法在脾胃系统疾病中具有较强的适用性。笔者仅按类型的不同、程度的轻重将王旭高治肝在脾胃系统疾病的治疗方面进行总结。Spleen and stomach disorders are common and frequently encountered diseases in the clinic,and it is closely related with the liver physiologically and pathologically.So it is agreeable that ＇liver therapy＇ should be paid attention to in treating spleen and stomach disorders.We find that the theory of ＇liver-treating＇ is logical and rational,but not general or cluttered.Moreover,most of the methods of ＇liver-therapy＇ are applicable to the spleen and stomach disorders.The experience of WANG Xu-gao were concluded according to different types and degrees in the paper.
