摘  要:目的:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)快速鉴别牛蒡子生品和炒制品。方法:以4 000-400cm-1范围内的吸收峰和吸光度为指标,应用SIMCA技术对牛蒡子生品和炮制品进行快速聚类分析。结果:红外光谱结合聚类分析法对牛蒡子生品和炮制品的聚类结果良好,识别率和拒绝率达到97%以上,预测正确率可达100%。结论:红外光谱结合聚类分析法可以快速地鉴别牛蒡子生品和炮制品饮片。Objective:To study the feasibility of the rapid identification methods for crude and processed Fructus Arctii by using fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Methods:By an observation of absorption peak and absorbancy in the spectra region between 4 000-400cm^(-1),the clustering analysis of crude and processed Fructus Arctii were rapidly conducted by means of SIMCA technology.Results:A good result was achieved by using the combination of FTIR and clustering analysis.The result showed that the recognition rate and rejection rate of crude and processed Fructus Arctii were both up to over 97%,and the prediction accuracy of the two were both up to 100%.Conclusion:Crude and processed Fructus Arctii could be distinguished rapidly by the combination of the IR fingerprint spectrum and the clustering analysis.
