摘　　要：分析了目前县级图书馆员队伍建设中存在的问题,提出县级图书馆员专业化队伍建设应从改革现有用人制度、职业准入制度、专业化人才培养、实施人性化内部管理等几方面入手。This paper analyzed the current problems existing in the librarian team construction at the county level, and put for- ward the strategy of the construction of county librarian talent team from reforming the employment system, profes- sional access system, professional personnel training and implementing humanized internal management and so on.
