摘 要:研制了稳定运行的环形旋转水槽,模拟天然河道流动。通过该实验装置研究了不同流速条件对铜绿微囊藻生长的影响。结果表明:在温度为25℃、照度为3 000 lx、光暗比为14 h∶10 h的条件下,流速在0~0.50 m/s范围内,适合藻类生长的最佳流速条件为0.30m/s,流速过大或过小都不同程度的影响藻类的生长。对于实验室的铜绿微囊藻而言,较为优势的流速范围为0.25~0.30 m/s;而太湖藻的相对优势流速范围为0.30~0.35 m/s。Stable operation of whirling sink was studied to simulate the flow of natural river. The effect of different flow velocity on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa was studied. Results show that when the experimental conditions were set as 25 ℃ in temperature, 3 000 lx in light intensity and 10 h/14 h in light cycle, the flow rate in the range of 0~0.50 m/s, the alga grew best with the flow velocity being 0.30 m/s. If the flow velocity rose or fell, growth of the alga was affected to a varying extents. The more advantage velocity range of 0.25~0.30 m/s was for laboratory Microcystis aeruginosa and 0.30~0.35 m/s for the algae in Taihu Lake.
