三峡库区土地生态资产价值新评估——以重庆市巫山县为例

摘　　要：在已有文献的基础上,结合三峡库区实际情况,以重庆市巫山县为研究对象,采用层次分析法确定生态资产价值估算指标体系,并根据巫山县2005年和2012年土地变更数据,对巫山县土地生态资产进行价值估算和评价,得到巫山县2005年和2012年的生态资产总价值分别为50.44亿元和56.98亿元,在此基础上,进一步分析发现林地生态系统对巫山县生态环境重要性最高,其次是水域、耕地、园地、未利用地和建设用地.Ecological assets,as important national assets,become more and more popular.This thesis determines the evaluative criteria of ecological assets by method of the analytic hierarchy process and combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,which is based on the previous sources.Combining the Three Gorges Reservoir Area realistic situation,the thesis chooses Wushan County of Chongqing Municipality as a case study.According to the data of change of landuse from 2005 to 2012,the thesis estimates and evaluates its ecological assets,which comes to an conclusion—the total value of land ecological assets of Wushan in 2005 is 50.44 billion yuan,and in 2012 is 56.98 billion yuan.This thesis also gets a conclusion that woodland ecosystem plays the most important role in ecosystem of Wushan,which is followed by water body,cultivated land,garden plot,unutilized land and construction land.In the end,the thesis gives suggestions through the conclusion above.
