摘  要:研究采用新型抑制剂ST可以有效地将金堆城钼业公司卅亩地选矿厂钼精矿中杂质铅含量降低至标准范围以内。试验结果表明:用含钼14.48%、含铜1.153%、含铅0.823%的粗精矿进行精选降铅试验,添加ST抑制剂10 g/t,经过6精2扫、中矿顺序返回的闭路流程,最终可获得钼品位54.91%、铜品位0.092%、铅品位0.100%、钼回收率98.86%的钼精矿,各项指标均在合格范围内。此种抑制剂与现场所用磷诺克斯相比,具有无需配制、稳定性好、用量小、毒性低等特点。Lead content of impurities in molybdenum concentrate in a mill plant of Jinduicheng molybdenum Co.,Ltd.,can be effectively reduced to standard range by using the new type of inhibitor ST. The tests indicate that for the rough concentrate containing molybdenum of 14. 48%,copper of 1. 153%,lead of 0. 823%,the final molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 54. 91%,Cu grade of 0. 092%,Pb grade of 0. 100%,molybdenum recovery of98. 86% are obtained by the closed-circuit process of six cleanings-two scavengings-middles back to the flow-sheet in turn,and all the indicators are within the acceptable range. Compared with P-Nokes for field use,the inhibitor has the characteristics of no preparation,good stability,small dosage and low toxicity.
