摘 要:主要对焦作市青天河浮游动物的种类组成、群落结构特征和物种的多样性进行了调查研究,共鉴定出浮游动物82种,其中原生动物32种,轮虫26种,节肢动物24种.优势种主要有蚤状溞(Daphnia pulex)、大型溞(Daphnia magna Straus)、放射太阳虫(Actinophrys sol Ehrenberg)、广布中剑水蚤(Mesocychclops)等.原生动物占浮游动物总数的39.0%,轮虫占31.7%,节肢动物占29.3%.结果表明,浮游动物随浮游植物数量的增多而增多,密度和浮游动物数量间呈良好的正相关,鱼类对浮游动物的滤食同样也影响浮游动物的群落结构.This paper deals with the species,distribution,diversity of the zooplankton in the Qingtian river of Jiaozuo. Species diversity and community structure characteristics were investigated,and discuss the main environmental factors. A total of 58 species zooplankton were found and identified as 32 species of Phylum Protozoa,26 species of Phylum Rotifera,24 species of Phylum Arthropoda. The dominant species are Daphnia pulex、Daphnia magna Straus、Actinophrys sol Ehrenberg and Mesocychclops. Phylum Protozoa accounting for 39. 0%,Phylum Rotifera accounting for 31. 7%,Phylum Arthropoda accounting for 29. 3%. The results show that the highest biomass and abundance of zooplankton in the Qingtian river of Jiaozuo City appears in October,from which they gradually decrease. This research also shows that the relationship of zooplankton in the Qingtian river of Jiaozuo with phytoplankton is positive correlativity.
