摘　　要："十一五"以来,金沙江逐步进入大规模梯级开发阶段,2020年前全梯级将先后开工建设,水库移民却成为制约水电开发最棘手的问题。纵观古今移民,思想认同度越高则移民越稳定。在金沙江水电工程移民中,影响移民思想工作效率的因素极多,论文从主观和客观两个方面分析影响移民思想稳定的因素,为寻找解决移民思想问题提供理论依据。Since the implementation of ＂Eleventh Five-Year＇, Jlnsha River has been exploited with continuing largescale cascade exploitation. Its full cascade exploitation will be under the construction step by step before 2020. The work of the migrant resettlement has become a hard nut to the hydropower development. Throughout the history of the ancient and modern migrant resettlements, the more the migrants agreed mentally, the more stable they were. There are many factors that influence the efficiency of the ideological work to the migrants in the process of the Jinsha River hydropower resettlement. The objective and subjective factors influencing the migrants＇ mental stability are analyzed in the paper to find out the theoretical solutions to the migrants＇ mental problems.
