摘　　要：水电移民工作是水电工程建设的前提和基础,对整个水电工程建设具有决定性影响。论文基于向家坝、溪洛渡电站移民工作的实践,对移民工作的地位、重点难点、协调机制和移民队伍建设进行了思考。The hydropower resettlement work is the prerequisite and foundation of the hydropower project construction. It is crucial to the whole project of the hydropower construction. Based on the practice of the work of the Xiangjiaba and Xiluodu Hydropower Resettlement, the paper has a thorough reflection on its function, the working points, the difficulties, the coordinating mechanisms and the training of the staffs on hydropower resettlement.
