摘　　要：采用Citect SCADA信息技术作为平台,对公司A类指标、成本核算及考核与奖励进行进行了设计和配置,实现以实际数据来反映生产的具体情况,从而反映车间级别KPI相关数据,为操作者和管理者提供运行和考评决策支持,提高生产效率。using SCADA Citect information technology as a platform,the company has designed and configured to design and evaluate the company’s category indicators,cost accounting and evaluation and reward.The actual data to reflect the specific circumstances of production,so as to reflect the workshop level KPI related data,for the operators and managers to provide operation and evaluation of decision-making support,improve production efficiency.
