摘  要:本实验利用低品位硫铁矿烧渣,在高温还原气氛下以少量还原剂还原,制备了具有吸波特性的高强陶瓷。研究了成型压力、烧结温度、保温时间、矿化剂掺量对陶瓷强度及温升特性的影响。结果表明:陶瓷的强度随成型压力的增加和烧结温度的升高而增加,在一定的时间范围内随着保温时间的延长而增加,随着矿化剂掺量的增加而增加;陶瓷的温升特性的变化趋势也与强度变化的变化规律相同。当还原剂与硫铁矿烧渣比值为0.1,成型压力为50 Mpa,CaF_2掺杂量为5%,1450℃下保温180 min所制备得到的陶瓷的抗压强度为105.5 MPa,在微波环境下一分钟温升达到823℃。High-strength absorbing microwave ceramics was prepared using low-grade pyrite cinder as raw material through high temperature sintering in reducing atmosphere. The effect of moulding pressure,sintering temperature,holding time and dosage of mineralization agent on the strength and absorbing efficiency of the ceramic was investigated. The research results show that the strength of the ceramic increased with the increasing of moulding pressure,sintering temperature,holding time and the added amount of the mineralization agent. The effect of the preparation parameters on the absorbing efficiency of the ceramic is the same as on the strength. The ceramic's temperature can reach 823 ℃ in a microwave environment in one minute,and the strength can attain to 105.5 MPa when the ratio of the reducing agent and pyrite cinder was 0.1 at 1450 ℃ for 60 min with 5% dosage of CaF2.
