摘  要:本实验以FeCl_3·6H_2O为铁源、正硅酸乙酯为硅源,NaF为矿化剂,NaOH为沉淀剂,采用微波水热工艺制备硅铁红包裹色料,主要讨论了前驱溶液的pH值对合成产物包覆状态与呈色的影响。通过色度仪、透射电镜等分析手段对制备产物进行了测试与表征。结果表明:随着前驱溶液的pH升高,合成产物颜色由红色逐渐向黄色、白色转变,其包覆状态则由SiO_2粒子在Fe_2O_3表面的松散堆积,向针状包覆、交联结构的颗粒包覆,直至最终的较厚层包覆转变。Fe2O3/SiO2 red ceramic pigment was synthesized via a microwave hydrothermal approach using FeCl3·6H2O as the source of Fe2O3,TEOS as the source of SiO2,NaF as a mineralizer and NaOH as a precipitant,respectively. The effect of precursor solution's pH value on inclusion status and color generation of the synthesized powders was discussed. The samples were characterized by TEM and colorimetric analysis. The results showed that te color of the as-prepared samples turned gradually from red to yellow and even white with the increasing of precursor solution's p H values. Simultaneously,the inclusion status shifted from SiO2 loosely packed on the surface of Fe2O3 to needle covered,particle coating with cross-linked structure and ultimately thick sheet covered structure.
