摘 要:陶瓷喷墨印刷设备线性校准,是准确复制图案颜色、层次的基础,是保证喷墨印刷质量的重要环节。本文设计陶瓷喷墨印刷线性化测试色块,待印刷烧成后测量其密度值,找出喷墨印刷机单通道墨量限值对应的有效网点面积率,利用映射计算得到线性校准的方法,最后通过线性回归拟合算法验证此方法的可行性。此研究对设计陶瓷喷墨印刷设备化线性软件及色彩管理等相关研究具有重要的指导意义。Linear calibration is basic to accurate copy of color and shade variation to ensure the quality of inkjet printing. In this study,the test chart for ceramic ink-jet printer linearization was designed and the density value of the chart after printing and firing was measured to get the effective dot area rate of every single channel of the ink-jet printer. Then an approach to equipment calibration was obtained by mapping calculation,and its feasibility was verified by linear regression algorithm. The study provides an important guide for the design of linearization software and color management for ceramic inkjet printing equipment.
